3. Learned counsel for the petiti ner submits that though the petitioner was retired on 31.5.2025, ll now, his retirement benehts were not released by the respondents

Learn.ed Government Pleader bmits that the biils pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner have already been processed, however, due to dearth f funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner, on tim Leamed Government Pleader I further submits that as per the eriatim of the token numbers, I amounts wili be released to the ben 1Claftes.
