2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.M.Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.l to 4. With their consent, this writ petition is taken up for disposal. Notice to respondent Nos.4 to 8 is hereby dispensed with.

3. The' facts of the case in brief are that petitioner No.l claims to be absolute owner of H.No.2-t-32O14f Patt, Subach Gunj, Zaheerabad District acquireci from her ancestors. While so, respondent Nos.4 to 8, rvho are all relatives of the petitioner, ,.....,*l I .l along with their henchmen trespassed into the schedule property and dispossessed the petitioners by hitting and kicking them. When the petitioners called the Police, respondent Nos.4 to 8 along with their henchmen escaped. In that regard, petitioner No.2 has made representations to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take action against respondent Nos.4 to 8 on 11.07.2025 for illegal trespass, criminal intimidation, physical abuse, harassment, threatening and property grabbing. However, till date no action has been taken against the unofficial respondt:nts. Questioning the same, the present writ petition is filed.

4. 'Ihough various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned <:ounsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondent authorities to dispose of the petitioners' represenlation dated LL.O7.2025 in a time bound period.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.l to 3 submits that if the said representation is still pending for consideration, the respondent authorities may be directed to dispose of the '.1'' ,, ., t ,. i--'!: r . i i -( 7 i/ J J petitioners' representation, dated Ll.OT.2O2S and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to dispose of the petitioners' representation, dated ll.OT.2O2S and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by putting on notice and hearing all the concerned parities and thereafter communicate thq satne to the petitioner.
