3.TheSub-InspectorofPolice,NeredmetPoliceStation, Rachakonda commissionerate placed instructions through learned Assistant Government Plead,er for Home stating that on

16.11.2o24atabout2o:4ohours,thepetitionerNo.lhasgivena complainttoStationHouseofficerofPSNeredmetPolice Station,statingthathissister-in-lawbynalneB.Bharya : I;] l i l {\ 2 petitioner No.2, resides in H.No.30ltO49/43, Plot No.1O3, Sri Vani Nilayam, Old Safilguda, Neredmet. On O5.O2.2O24, the petitioner No.l - complainant visited her house. At around O4:OO PM on the same day, the house owner T.Sathyanarayana and his son uday forced petitioner No.2 to vacate the house and pressurized the petitioner No.1 - complainant to ask petitioner No.2 to vacate the house. When the petitioner No.1 refused to comply, the house owner and his son pushed petitioner No.1 and the petitioner No.1 fell down and sustained injuries. Petitioner No.2 took petitioner No.1 to the hospital for treatment. As such, petitioner No.1 requested to take necessary action. It is further submitted that as per the contents of the above complaint, LW.8 - SI of Police of PS Neredmet, Hyderabad, registered a case in Crime No.819/2024 on 16.11.2024 under Sections 341, 323 of IPC against T.Sathyanarayana & T. Uday (A1 & A2). It is further submitted that during the course of investigation, LW-8 - SI of Police of PS Neredmet examined and recorded the statements of LWs.l to 4, visited scene of offence, caused enquiry into the allegations made by the petitioner No.l - complainant, secured presence of two panchas i.e. LWs.S & 6, conducted scene of offence panchan€una and prepared rough sketch in Crime Details Form. It is further submitted that on L2.O2.2O25, LW.8 issued notice to A1 and A2 under Section 35(3) of BNSS with \ \ 3 instructions to appear before the concerned Court whenever received the summons. It is further submitted that after completion of investigation, the Investigating officer - LW.8 has filed charge sheet on 13.09.2025 before the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge - cum - I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Medchal-Malkajgiri District at Kushaiguda with a prayer to punish A1 and, A2 under Sections 341 & 325 of IpC and C.C. number is waited.

4. A copy of the charge sheet (final result under section 193 BNSS) has been filed along with copy of instructions issued by Sub-lnspector of Police, Neredmet Police Station.

5. In that view of the matter, since the respondent - police had already filed charge sheet, and recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the respondents shall follow due procedure. as contemplated under law for further course of action.

6. with the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of with consent. No order as to costs.
