LAI(SHMAN UIRIT PRIITION No. 4370 of 2O25 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner is claiming that it has purchased an extent of Ac.0.39 gts in Sy.No.173, Acs.3.35 gts in Sy.No. 179 and Acs.5.O6 gts in Sy.No.213, situated at Keesara Dayara Village, Keesara Grampanchayat, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District under a registered agreement of sale-cum-GP$iwith possession vide document bearing No.2460 of 2014, dated
01.08.2014 executed by Smt.A.Himavathi, Smt.R.Janaki Reddy and Smt. R.Anita Reddy. It has hled a copy of the said agreement of sale-cum-GPA with possession and copies of old pattadar pass book and title deeds of its vendors. It has submitted F-line application dated Ol.Ol.2O25 bearing ID YT KL,J W.P.No.2437O of 2025 2 No.TTDERO225O1I24836 to the 5th respondent w'ith a request to conduct survey, demarcate the said property by fixing boundaries. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said F-line application, sth respondent did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of the 5th respondent, petitioner filed the present Writ Petition.
3. A perusal of the record would revea-l that the 6tn respondent, represented by his GPA holders i.e., Sri Kuntolla Gopichand and others, have executed registered sale deed bearing No.8198 of 2024 on 2O.O8.2O24 in favour of Sri Kuntolla Gopichand and others, in respect ofthe very sarne property.
4. Whereas, Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistalt Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that both the petitioner and 6th respondent are claiming very same propert5r. Therefore, the Sft respondent may not be in a position to conduct I I KL,J w.P.No.24370 of 2025 3 survey. However, having received the said F-line application, the Sft respondent should have informed the said fact to the petitioner herein, instead of keeping the said F-line application pending.

In the light of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5ft respondent to consider F-line application dated 01.01.2025 vide ID No.TTDER0225Oll24a36 submitted by the petitioner seeking survey and demarcate the subject property by fixing the boundaries, strictly in accordance with law, by putting the petitioner and 66 respondent and all other interested parties a notice and afford them an opportunit5r. If the 5th respondent is not inclined to accept the request of the petitioner, he shall pass a reasoned order, communicate a copy of the said order to the petitioner heiein. However, he shall complete the said exercise within a period of 45 working days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
