Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition seeking to declare the action of respondent No.5 and their sub-ordinates in interfering with and demolishing the compound wall of the petitioner in ] 2 respect of petitioner's Plot No.479, Block A, t. Sy.No.135 part, situated at Gowtharni Nagar, Edulalag_ a.lapally Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sangareddy Distr < t (for brevity, ..the subject property") and threatening to dispossr ss the petitioner from his plot, without issuing any notice and without foilowing due process of 1aw, as illegal and arbitrary.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner furtlr :r submits that, rvhile admitting the matter, this Court passed ir.r .erim order dated
26.11.2021 directing the official respondents n<r to interfere with the petitioner's possession over the subject p: )perty, except in accordance with the procedure established by 1 rw. However, in spite of -lapse of more thal four years, the resp,r rdent authorities have not filed counter or vacate petition for denli rg the averments made by the petitioner in the writ affidavit. ln , iew of the same, learned counsel requested this Court Lo allow tt r directing the respondent authorities not to i - possession of the petitioner over the subject Writ Petition by lerfere with the rropert5r without following due process of law.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Gov :rnment pleader for Revenue submits that if the petitioner is in 1 ossession of the subject property, the respondents will not i. erfere -"vith the 3 petitioner's possession over the subject property, without following due process of law and requested this Court to pass appropriate orders
5. In view of the submissions made on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the subject property, without following due procedure of law. There shall be no order as to costs. 6 Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ petition, sha1l stand closed. SD/.
