Judgment

THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE V.V.S.RAO WRIT PETITION NO.21869 OF 2005 ORDER: The petitioners, who are thirteen in number, claimed to be owners of land admeasuring Ac.55.29 gts. in S.No.49 of Dhamsalpuram Village by reason of the proceedings under A.P. (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955. Third respondent initiated action under A.P.Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and ordered eviction. The petitioners approached the appellate authority, fourth respondent herein, in vain. Ultimately, they preferred a revision before first respondent allegedly in August, 2004. But, the same was not disposed of. Therefore, the petitioners seek a direction to first respondent to dispose of the appeal expeditiously. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, it would be proper to direct the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. _______________
