Brief facts statc(i ih this writ pctition are that due to some civil dispute, petitioner's father i.e., responcient No.5 filed O.S.No.3861 of 2024 seeking l t) perpetual injunctioit .rgarns! pctitioncr anrl the same is pending ori the file of the XXII Junior Civil Judge, Citr. Civil Court at Hyderabad (herein after referred as Trial Court). I-hc casc of tire petitioner is that respondent No.5 lodged complaints on 15.07.2024 ancl 24.08.2024, alleging that the petitioner and respondent Nos.6 and 7 (brothers of petitioner) had trespassed into his residence and cornmittt,r{ ll-reft of some valuable documents. Further case of the petitioner is tliat the rosponclent Nos.6 and 7, with same set of allegations had loclgctl a corrrplaint bclorc thc lubilcc Hills Police Station against thc 2 petitioner. Thereafter, police officials are calling thr: petitioner to the police station and are harassing to settle the civil dispute wit]i respondent Nos.5 to 7. Aggrieved by the same, this writ perition is filed.
4. Learned Assistant Government pleacler for. Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 on instructions submits hat on complaint of respondent Nos.S to Z FIR No.851 of 2025 dated 1(; 0g.2025 was registered and the matter is under investigation.

Recording the submissions made by learnei counsel appearing on either side and since the FIR No.851 of 2025 dated 16.0ii.2025 is registered and the matter is pending for investigation, this Court rl .rcms it appropriate to dispobe of the writ petition with a direction to respo.(ient authorities to take up investigatiory strictly in accordance with la!v.
