Gp FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER - IF:ffiF1r ,' :,-i( / x.,/ -r/ I : HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR Writ Petition No.2 5L48 of2O25 ORDER: This writ petition has been hled to declare the action of respondent No.4 in not receiving the written complaint filed by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and seeking consequential direction to receive the written complaint and to register FIR and investigate into the matter.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondents. With their consent, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage'

The facts of the case in brief are that petitioner is native of Piduguralla, Andhra Pradesh who has migrated to Hayathnagar, Hyderabad for the purpose of employment' On It.O2.2O25, petitioner approached Piduguralla Police Station' Pa,lnadu District and submitted a written complaint for taking actiqg against his wife who is having connections with Telangala Supari Gang and blackmailing him to pay Rs'5,O00/- ', ii2i:. every day or to give divorce b1z paying Rs.4,00,00,000/_. The :1 petitioner again approached respondent No.4 and informed the same, who suggested to approach Andhra pradesh police and that respondent No.4 is investigating about the Supari Gang and checking C.C Camera footages ald sorrie suspected persons are being watched. The petitioner submits that he is facing threat from the said gang. In this connection, he approached higher ofhcers and explajned his problem and respondent No.4 assured that he woulci catch the said gang and promised to protect his life. It is further submitted that a rvritten complaint has already been filed before the Andhra pradesh police a,d the same has been informed to respondent No.4 and the peititioner being a settler and migrated from Andhra pradesh to Ranga Reddy District which is -,r,ithin the jurisdiction of respondent No.4, as such on IO.O8.2O2S, petitioner approached respondent No.4 and filed a complaint but the salne was refused on the ground that the petitioner rras arready rnacie a lvritten complaint on 77.O2.2O25 before ,Andhra pradesh police. Since no action is forthcoming, the present Writ petition is filed. 5. After arguing for some time' learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he would make a fresh complaint before respondent No'4 and prayed this court to pass approPriate order to that effect'

Recording the submissions made by learned cor-rnsel on disposed of directing the either side, this Writ Petition petitioner to approach respondent No'4 and file a fresh complaint, thereafter respondent No'4 shall consider the same strictlY as Per the Procedure and take aPProPriate action 1S contemPlated under law' -\ ,-1
