The Petitioner herein is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.4.l5 guntas in different survey numbers of Kadthal Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. In proof of the same, he has filed copies of the latest passbook and title deeds. He has submitted two online applications bearing Nos. AOD022500072774 and AOD022500012179, dated 21.06.2025, to respondent No.5 with a request to conduct survey and demarcate the subject property by frxing boundaries. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said online applications, respondent No.5 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction ofrespondent No.5, the present writ petition is filed.

A perusal of the said online applications submitted by the \etitioner would reveal that he has mentioned service name as 2 'Appeals on Demarcation', and at the top of the said applications, it is stated as 'Appeals on Demarcation Receipt'. There is no order to prefer an apoeal by the petitioner. In fact, the petitioner is seeking to conduct survey and demarcate the subject property by fixing boundaries. Therefore, he cannot submit the afbresaid online applications under the service name 'Appeals on Demarcation' Instead, he has to submit F-Line application to respondent No.5, along with all the relevant documents with a specific request to conduct sun/e)r and demarcate the subject property by fixing boundaries. On receipt of the said F-Line applicatirtn, 1s.r.ra.., No.5 will consider the same in accordance with law. 4 In the light of the aforesaid discussion, the rvrit petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner to submit F-Line application to respondent No.5, along with all the relevant document, with a specific request to conduct a suruey and demarcate the subject property by fixing boundaries. On receipt of the said application, respondent No.5 shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
