No. 2 4232 of 2o.25 ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government pleader for Home and with their consent this writ petition is disposed of at the threshold.

This writ petition is filed que stioning the action of the respondents No.6 and 7, Station House Officers, Uppal Women police Station and Jawaharnagar police Station, respectively, in interfering into the matrirnonial disputes and calling the pctitioner to the police Stations and threatening to give clivorce to the respondent No.g and also threatening to pay Rs.20,o0,000/- as compensation without having any jurisdiction and rights and without following the due process r_rf law and threatening to settle the dispute bctween the petitioner and respondcnt No.g with a consequential prayer to direct the responclents No.6 and 7 not to interfere into the petitioner,s peaceful life and liberty, petitioner firecr the present writ petition.
3. Brief facts of the case are that the respondent No.g is the vr.ife of pctitioner and their marriagc was performed on 09. 12.2023 as per the t{indu Customs and Tiaditjons at ECIL, Kushaiguda, Hyderabad before the elders and well wishcrs. lt is submitted by the petitioner that earlier to the marriage he went to USA in the year 2O2l for tlie purpose of Higher Edttcation and after completion of his education, he is doing job in USA. While so, Lhe responclent, No.g was introduced 2 by u,ay of Tclugu Matrimony and got married' After marrtage' the respondent No'8 and the petitioner lived togcther under one rool for a period of 20 days and thereafter' the peti[ioner returned to USA for continuing his job Subsequently' the respondenL No 8 has also went Lo the USA zrnd siarted residing at USA frorn November' 2024 to July, 2025. Tl'rereafter, some matrimonial disputes arose betwcen the the respondent No.8 and due to various reasons' thc respondent No.8 returnecl to India and staying petitioner and petitioncr and separately. [t is furl he r submitted that the respondents No.S to 10 lodged a 4. complaint against the petitioner before the respondents No 6 ancl 7' who are calling to the Police Stations and thrcatening with drre consequences and also detaining the petitioner in the Police Stations without having any jurisdiction and without follo'-r.ing due process of law. Hence, the petitioncr filed the present writ petition'

On behalf of the ofhcial respondents No 1 to 7, the learned Assis[ant Government Pleader for Home, placed a copy of the written instructions arnd bascd on which, it is submitted that the respondent No.S had lodged a complaint on 11.O8.2O25 to the respondent No'6 stating that she is subjected to dowry harassment and requested to rake necessary action against her husband and in-iaws. since the dispute is relating to matrimoniai affair, the respondent No.6 made GD entry and addressed a letter dated 1 1.og.2025 to the counseror, Barosa CDtrW F.amily Counselling Center, at beside I(ushaiguda police -) ounseling ssue and S tation, Rachakonda Commissionerate to provide counseling to the complainant and her husband. On 16.09.2025 the complainant came to the respondent No.6 Police Station and informed that the counseling center called her husbancl for the purpose of c but her husband did not respond to the said phone call wanted to place the matter before the elders and resolve the i requested not to take any action on her complaint dated r 1 and hence, kept the matter on hold. 6. Eventually, the learned Assistant Government pleacler for Home would submit that before taking any action against the petitioner, the respondents' authority will follow the due process of law for which, the learned counsel for the petitioner says no objection. 7 and she Irr that view of thc matter, recordin g the submissions made by the Iearnecl counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents No.6 and 7 to follow due process of iaw before tnttiating any further action against the pedtioner.
