LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITIONNo .24246 of2o25 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government pleader for Assignment. - 2 ' The petitioner is craiming that he is the absorute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.O.20 gts in Sy.No.396/AAl2, Ac.o.1O gts in Sy.No.396/EE/E/2, Ac.0.15 gts in Sy.No.396/A/2, Ac.0.O6 gt in Sy.No.396/LU /5/1, Ac.O.O7 gts in sy.No. 3g7 / A/ 1, Ac.o.o5 gt in Sy.No.416/Am/1/I, Ac.0.1O gts in Sy.No. +16/O/E/2, Ac.0.01 Ct in Sy.No.417lLU/E/2, Ac.O.O1 gt in Sy.No.418/AA/E/2, Ac.O.12 gts in Sy.No.4t g/Am/E/2, Ac. 1.25 gts in Sy.No.aD/O/2, Ac.O.O8 gts in Sy.No.449lKA/E/2, Ac.O.tS gts in Sy.No.449/cha/t/ I total admeasuring Acs.4.15 gts, situated in Kadthal Village and Maldal, Kandukur Division, Ranga Reddy District. In proof of the same, he has filed latest pattadar pass books and title deeds. He has submitted two F_line applications vide Transaction ID Nos.TTAODO22SOOOZ2ZZ0 and KL,J W .P No.24246 ot 2025 ;n il,, 2 Transaction ID No.TTAODO225OOO72773, dated 2l .Cl6.2025 with the 4th respondent with a request to conduct survey. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said F-line applications, the 4th respondent did not act upon the same' Aggrieved by the inaction of the 4ft respondent, petitioner filed the present writ petition'

A perusal of the F-line applications submitted by the petitioner would revea-l that the petitioner has mentioned service narne as 'appeal on demarcation'' Even the receipt is shown as Appeals on Demarcation Receipt'' There is no order to prefer al appeal. The grievance of the petitioner is conduct of survey and demarcation of the aJoresaid property by fixing boundaries by the 5th respondent' But he has not submitted any F-line application to the 5th respondent with a request to conduct survey and demarcate the aforesaid- propert5r by fixing boundaries' Therefore, he cannot fiIe the present writ petition alleging non consideration of the a-foresaid F-line applications submitted by him, which are Appeats on demarcation' I KL,J W.P.No.24246 of 2O2S J

In the light of the same, this Writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit F_line application to the 5th respondent along with arl the releva,t documents with a specific request to conduct survey and demarcate the said property by fixing boundaries. On filing such application, the 5ft respondent shall consider the same, conduct survey within 45 working days from the date of receipt of the sajd F-line application. If the 5u, respondent is not inclined to accept the request of the petitioner, he shall pass a reasoned order specifying the reasons and communicate a copy of the said order to the petitioner herein. As a sequel, the miscellaleous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ petition shall stand dismissed. //TRUE COPY// SD/-P.
