JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos. 3AN D 4 0F 2025 IN/AND CRIMINAL P ETITION N o.10465 OF 202s COMMON ORD ER: This criminar petition is fired by the petitroners-accused Nos..r to 5 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in crime No.11g4 of 2024 0n the fire of Medchar porice station, cyberabad, registered for the offences under Seclions 341 and 506 read with 34 of l.p.C. 2 Heard tVls. Anuradha Cherukurr. learned counsel for the petitioners, sri Jithender Rao Veerarnara, Iearned Additionar pubric Prosecutor for respondent No 1_State and Sri Nageshwar Rao pujari, learned counsel for respondent No.2.
3. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners_ accused Nos.1 to 5 as well as respondent No 2_de facio complainant that during pendency of the present criminal petition, the parties have compromrsed the matter and accordrngly, t.A Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 have been filed to permtt respondent No 2 to compound the offences and to record the compromise.

5. Perused the affrdavit filed by the de facto complainant in l.A.No.3 of 2025, which discloses that she has willingly consented for compromise. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee, yide orders, dated 19.08.2025 and 26.09.2025, passed by this Court.
6. Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Committee has identified the parties and submitted reports, dated 29 08 2025 and 14.10.2025, stating that the parties were identified and they have wllfully and without any coercion entered into compromrse.
7. ln view of the above, I A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 are allowed. 1. It is submitted that the Petitioner herein had filed a complaint and the same was registered as Crime No,1184 of 2024 of p.S. IVedchal, dated 17.t2.2024 against Respondent Nos.1 to 5/Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 5 for the offences U/Sec.341, 506, r/w 34 IPC.
2. It is submitted that the present matter arises out of a matrimonial dispute between Respondent No.1 herein and the son ofthe petitioner herein / defacto complainant. At the instance of the elders, the dispute has been amicably settled out of Court. The Respondent No.l and the son of the defacto complainant have mutually agreed to proceed with filing a petition for divorce by mutual consent and either sides families decided to withdraw the criminal cases filed against each other. Therefore, keeping the matter pending would serve no purpose/ pafticularly when de facto complainant is not inclined to pursue the case any further.
3. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the continuation of proceedings against the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 & 5 pursuant to the FIR No. No. 1184 of 2024 of of P.S. Medchal, dated 77.12.2024 are desirable to be closed.
4. Hence, this loint Memo.
