3. Memr> vide U.S.R.No.109568 of 2025 shows that Notice to respon'1ent Nos.6, 7 and 8 is returned with an i i : 2 endorsement "delivered" and service of uotice on respondent No.5 is "refused". Perused the record.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein has applied for F-line application dated

11.O7.2025 vide Applicatior-r No.TTDERO22SOl2O4l2B for survey of his lands in Survey No.l}l lD I I (Ac.0.2O Gts.) and l)l /E (Ac O-30 Gts.) of Narasannapalle Village and the same is pending consideration.

He states respondent No.3 Lr.No.B2 I LB34 12025 dated 25.O7 .2025 recommended the case of ttre petitioner to respondent No.2 for approval on a condition subject to thircl party claims i[ any, which have to be challenged before the competent Court of law for redressal of grievance. He states that irnposing the said condition is illegal and seeks to pass appropriate orders.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue contends that upon physical inspection of subject lands and verification of entries in revenue records, the request of the applicant for pass book data correction were looked into and on exarnining the same with reference to the provisions of \ t I J,*''..;-,.;;.'lE 3 Bhu Bharathi under ROR Act, the said application was transmitt.ed to the District Collector/respondent No.2 on the point of c:ompetency. He further states that the said condition rvas imposecl only as a precautionary measure and to avoid any sort of ambiguity. Therefore, he seeks to dismiss this Writ Petition.

Having regard to the submissions of all the learned counsel, ()n perusal of the material available on record and upon conr;idering the fact that the matter is pending before respondent No.2, if at all the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the stipulated condition, he is directed to file an applicatiof: to that effect before respondent No.2. Upon filing such application, respondent No.2 is directed to examine the same and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible, slrictly in accordance with law, by putting all the interested parties on notice and affording them sufficient opportunity of hearing. since, this court has directed respond.ent No.2 to issue notices to all the interested parties and since rrotice is already served. to respondent Nos.6 to 8, further serr,'ice of notice upon respondent Nos.6 to B stSnds dispensed vvith. 4 8 with the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
