Learned counscl lor the petitioners submits that the ljs in this Writ Petition is squarcly covered by the adjudication of this Court in I I I I 2 PK,J wp 24195 2025 its order dated 26.08.2025 in W.P.No.24884 ot 2025. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to pass similar ordcr in thc present Writ Petition also. The same is not seriously disputed by the learned Govcrnmcnt Plcader appearing for thc respondenis.
5. ln view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 26.08.2025 passed by this Court in W.P. No.24884 of 2025, this Writ Petition is disposecl of, permitting the petitioners to submit fresh representation/ s to thel respondcnt No. I , ventilating their grievancc, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of such representation/ s, respondent No. 1 is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate ordcrs, in the light of the orders passed by the Division Bench ol this Court in W.P.No.22559 of 2023 and batch dated
19.3.2025, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks thereafter and communicate a copy of the same to the petitioners.
