Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners have made a representation dated 2t.06.2024 to the respondent authorities, requesting them not to entertain or grant any permissions such as house numbers, power meter connections, issuance of passbook, or mutation of revenue records in respect of the land in Sy.No.890/AA situated in Thallada Revenue village, Thallada Mandal, Khammam District. The grievance of the petitioners is that the said representation has not been considered by the respondents t,l date' Therefore, the present writ petition has been filed. 4' The respondents have not fired any counter affidavit.

Since the petitioner is seeking a direction onry to consider the representatiori dated 2t-06-2024, this court is incrined to dispose of this Writ petition at the admission stage, with a directiqt to .r, u & t to consider the representation of the respondents No.4, 6 & 7 to consider rr^ petitioner dated 21.06-2024 and. to pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously, preferably within a period of two (02) months from the I o 3 TMDJ wp 24922 2024 date of receipt of a copy of this order.
