2. This revision is filed under Section - 227 of the Constitution of India, to issue a direction to the learned Principal District Judge and Sessions Judge - cum - Family Court, Medchal - Matkajgiri District at Kushaiguda, for speedy disposal of O.S.No. 168 of 2022.

Perusal of the record would reveal that l't respondenV plaintiff filed the aloresaid suit against the petitioner and other defendants seeking partition and separate possession of the suit schedule properties. Initially, the suit was filed before the Ranga Reddy District Court where it was nutnbered as O.S.No. 1462 ol 2013 2 Thereafter, the same was transferred to the Principal Drs 'rict Judge and Sessions Judge - cum - Family Court, Medchal Malkajgiri District at Kushaiguda where it is re-numbered as O'll No l68 of

4. The petitioner herein is 95 years old. He is Deler lant No'19 in the said suit. Therefore, he is seeking disposal ol the af rresaid suit as cxpe ditiously as possible.

5. It is apt to note that the year 1999 was : rserved as "lnternational Year of Older Persons". In view of the "Na'i rnal Policy lor Older Persons" adopted by the Govemment ol India' l e erstwhile High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad issued a (l rcular vide ROC.No.4790 llgggloP Cell-E, dated 02.11.1999 direct ng all the Judiciat officers in the State to identily and dispose c I rnatters in which persons above "65 years" of age are involved, on pr ority basis' Subsequently, erstwhile the High Court of Andhra Prrr'Lesh issued Circulars vide ROC.No.3465 lE-112003, dated )5' 12'2003, ROC.No.1230/OP Cett-E/2005, dated 20'08'-l r05 and ROC.No.3465 lE-112003, dated 14.12.2011 and the Hier Court of JudicatureattlyderabadfortheStatesofTelanganalndAndhra 3 Pradesh vide Circular in ROC.No.5226|OP Cell-E12014, d,ated

6. In the light of the same, notice to respondent No. I - plaintiff is waived of by invoking power of this Court under Article - 227 of the Constitution of India.

In view of the aforesaid discussion, this revision is disposed of directing the leamed Principal District Judge and Sessions Judge cum - Family Court, Medchal - Malkajgiri District at Kushaiguda, to dispose of O.S.No. 168 of 2022 strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
