2. This revision is filed under Section - 227 of the Constitution of India, to issue a direction to the learned Principal District Judge and Sessions Judge - cum - Family Court, Medchal - Matkajgiri District at Kushaiguda, for speedy disposal of O.S.No. 168 of 2022.

Perusal of the record would reveal that l't respondenV plaintiff filed the aloresaid suit against the petitioner and other defendants seeking partition and separate possession of the suit schedule properties. Initially, the suit was filed before the Ranga Reddy District Court where it was nutnbered as O.S.No. 1462 ol 2013 2 Thereafter, the same was transferred to the Principal Drs 'rict Judge and Sessions Judge - cum - Family Court, Medchal Malkajgiri District at Kushaiguda where it is re-numbered as O'll No l68 of

4. The petitioner herein is 95 years old. He is Deler lant No'19 in the said suit. Therefore, he is seeking disposal ol the af rresaid suit as cxpe ditiously as possible.

5. It is apt to note that the year 1999 was : rserved as "lnternational Year of Older Persons". In view of the aforesaid discussion, this revision is disposed of directing the leamed Principal District Judge and Sessions Judge cum - Family Court, Medchal - Malkajgiri District at Kushaiguda, to dispose of O.S.No. 168 of 2022 strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
