2. The facts of t}e'Case in brief are that petitioner is a ,.,, civil Engineer and involved in the construction business and had established a proprietary concern by name M/s. Shreya lnfra. The petitioner deals with contract works of various projects ihcluding residential building and shopping complex works. While things stood thus, respondent No.S enterea into an agreement with petitioner on 26.05.2023 in relation to the proposed residential apartment project by name Pinnacle at PatiGhanpur 2 Village:, Patancheru Mandal, Sangareddy District with regarc: to labour contract for structrrral-Work, block work etc. Iiubsequently, some disputes arose between the petitioner and respondent No.5, as such the respondent No.5 is not allowing the petitioner to complete the work and. ryas directly extractin* *n'* *om th; labourers engag,ed by the petitioner and was not releasing the funds as pe:: the schedule.

3. It is further submitted that according to clause 2T of ths agreement the dispute has to be referred to sole arbitrator. That being so, respondent No.4/Sub-Inspector of Police hars made a Whatsapp cafl to]ttrg. petitioner and aske<l the petitioner to come to the police station and warned the petitioner to settle tl,..e dispute with respondent No.5 When the petitioner did not attend to the police station, on O8.O8.2025, respondent No.4 again called the petitioner over phone and warned to settle the matter or else they will implicate the petitioner in,false cases. The mairr grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent police are interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.S and compelling the t I t petitioner to setfle the dispute, However, 8s per the agreement the matter has to be referred to sole arbitrator' . .;.,..i, Questioning tl.e same, the present writ Petition is liled.

4. The Sub-Inspectoi'of Police, Bhanur Police station has placed a copy of instructions to l,earned Asst. Govt. Pleader for Home and stating that respondent No.S represented by its Deputy Manager has lodged a complaint against the petitioner with respond.ent No.3 on o6-o8.2025, basing on the said complaint, GD entry was made and during the course of enquiry ,called tl.e petitioner for enquiry. Instead of cooperatf1g with tho enquiry petitioner , , . . '. has filed the present writ Petition leveling false allegations against respond.ent Nos.3 and 4.However, the enquiry is under progress and after :final.isation of the enquiry necessaq/ action will be tat<en in accordance to law.
