2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner was retired on 37 .08.2024 , till no,"r,, her retirement benefits were not yet released by the respondents. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to pass necessary orders in the present Writ Petition.

3. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner have already been processed, however, due to dearth ol funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. However, it is submitted that amounts will be released to the beneficiaries as per the seriatim of the token numbers.

4.
