This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ,BNSS,) by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 6 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.130 of 2O2S of Nandipet police Station, Nizamabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 85, 115(2), 296(b) read with 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (for short'BNS').

When the mafter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that charge sheet has been filed in this case and hence, the cause in the criminal petition would become infructuous. He also has submitted a copy of the draft charge sheet received from the Sub-lnspector of police, Nandipet Police Station to that effect. .J On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition.
