2. During the pendency of present Criminal Revision Cases, there was mediation between the parties and the matter stood settled successfuliy. The mediator/co-ordinator has submitted a report dated O4.L2.2O25 stating that matters have been resolved between the parties successfully. Along with the report, Memorandum of Understanding dated 03.12.2025 entered between the parties in each of the case are enclosed-

To the said effect, both the learned counsel have reported that the matters are settled and the amounts are paid- [n view of the settlement arrived between the parties and the 4. respondent No.2/complainant had been compensated to his satisfaction by paying the amounts due, the charge of conviction of simple imprisonment of one year against the revision petitioner/accused in all the cases is set aside' In the result, Criminal Revision Cases are disposed of in 5. terms of the mediator's report by setting aside the charge of conviction of the revision petitioner in all the three cases' Bail J bonds shall stand cancelled.
