Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are currently working as Secondary Grade Teachers in Karminagar, Jagtiar, peddapa i and Rajanna siricilra Districts, Lhey were appointed pursuant to DSC 2OO1-2OO2 notification and they possess B.Ed qualification. Therefore, the petitioners made a representation to respondent No.2 on OB.Og.2O2S with a request to consider their B.Ed qr:alification for promotion to the post of LFL HM and the same is pending consideration. Hence, learned counsel prays this court to direct respondent No.2 to consider the representation, dated 0B,.Og.2O2S, submitted by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, within a stipulated period of time.
