Distict, TS, by directing the 2"d respondent herein, to conduct the cletailed enquiry, in-respect the above subject land / plots, and take the stringent action against the 5't' respondent, including removal of his olficial po*irr, having colluded and taken the huge bribe from the unolficial 'respondents, fir protecting their illegal actions, and to grant such other order or-orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case...." -

2. I have heard Mr. Vijay Kumar Panuganti, learned counsel representing Mr. Nageswar Rao Palle, learned counsel for thq petitioners and Mr.R.Laxmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Horne appearing for respondent Nos.l to 4.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondents were !.nterfering in civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent Nos.6 to 9. - 2 Accordingly, this writ petition has been f,rled seeking a specific direction against respondent Nos. I to 4.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Horne submitted that Crirne No.320 of 2016 was registered against the petitioners, and after due investigation, a charge sheet was filed. The rnatter is now pendrng as Calendar Case No.9 49 of 2022on the fite of the X Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kukatpally, and is listed on 27.t0.2025 for appearance and service-of sulnlnons. He further contended that the respondents never interfered with any civil disputes as alleged, that the petitioners' allegations are baseless, and therefore prayed that this writ petition be disrnissed.

5. I have perused the material available on record.

Having regard to the pleadings, the pendency of crirninal proceedings, the assertions in this petition, and the lirnitations of the jurisdiction of the respondent police, this Court directs that the respondent police authorities shall not interfere in civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent Nos.6 to 9, even under the guise of the registered crime or pending crirninal proceedings, save and except in strict accordance with law.
