2. Heard the learned. Senior Counsel for the petitioner, learned Assist ant Government Pleader for Endowments, Sri Ch.Satish Kumar, learned Counsel for the respondent No.6 and Mrs'A'Nagarani, learned Counsel for the unofficial respondents'

After arguing for some time, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner restricted the prayer of the writ petition onlY to the extent of a direction to the 2 SK, J - respondent No.2 to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 1L.O8.2O25 and requested to direct the respondents No.2 to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated lI.O8.2ct2:i within a reasonable time.

On r_he other hand the learned Assistant GovernmerLt pleader for Endowments and the learned Standing Ctounsel Respondent No.6, submits that the lespondent No.2 will dispose of the representation filed by the pet:tioner dated 11.Og.2O25 as per law and requestecl t,] pass appropriate orders. 5. The learned Counsel for the unofficia-l respondent:; submits that a direction may be given to the respondent No.2 to give opportunity to the unofllcial respondents while disposing of the representation of the petitioner dated ll.Oa.2O2S.
