This writ petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:- "to declnre the high hnnded and ilegal oction of the official respondents more pnrticularly respondent Nos.4 to 6 in frequently summoning the petiLioners to tlrc police station thereby threatening them ruith dire consequences saymg that to settle the matter ruith the un-officiaL responfuttt Nos.7 to 9 by inttokting in c.ipiL disputes as iLlegnL, arbitrary and ztiolatiue of the principles of natrual justice and consequentLy, direct the reponrlent Nos.4 Io 6 not to summon the petitioners to police station uhile thre ening tlrcm to settle the matter inooLong in cit,il mntters ruith the respondent Nos.7 to 9."

3. Brief facts stated in this writ petition arc that thc petitioncr is a company being represented by its G.P.A holder. The pctitioner's casc is that the first petitioner has invested money in the 7h repondcnt company and latcr disputes arose with respect to shares of the company- Threafter the petitioners aiso received summons from the Prl. Distlict Judge, Nalgonda District in O.S.No.13 of 2025 filed by respondent Nos.7 and B for perpetual injunction and the petitioners are contesting the suit. It is further submitted that the respondent Nos.4 to 6 have called the petitioners cn 10.07.2025 and summoned to police station and after reaching to police station they 2 threatened them witrr dire consequences saying to settle the mattcr witl,r,n- official responde.ts or otherwsie they will be impricated in farse crimi,ar cases. Questior-ring the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Home appearing for respondents pracecr on record instructions issued by- sub-rnspector of police, Mungodu p.S, r.vherei. it is submitted that on 10.02.2025 at 13:03 pM,2"a reqqgrndent callcd da 100 from Mob e No.9z0 4974077 and comprained that the un-official respon<lcnt Nos.7 to 9 have r.'isited thcir land admeasuring -t\ !i Ac.4.37 guntas in Sy.No.154/E and 754/ e/l/7 siruated at Kompalle Village, Mungole Mandal, Nalgonda District and creating nuisance and rcquested to clepute police' on receivi.g saicr information, 6tL respondent deputecl Brue Colt Team to the disputed area, and they pacified both the parties and informed them not to create any public nuisance anrl if they have any grievar-rce they the poricc station and give complai't and dispersed both thc parties. Thercafter, both the parties visited the police station and revered 'isit allegations againsI each other pertaining to tlispute rancr and both parties are claiming rights over the said property and 6d respondent advised both the parties to settle tl.reir issue before the Civ court and that 6rh respondent dicl not interfere in civil disputes and did not try to settlc the matter between the petitioners and un-officiai respondents.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Homc submits that the status with regarcr ro the i.cident bearing I.D.No.20250001297644 reported from mobile numbcr of petitioner No.2 is shown as ,,problem has been Solved 3 and situation is peaceful" and furthcr subrnits that they would foliow the due procedure as contemplated under law.

In that view of the matter, since the petltioners and un-official respondents were advised to settle their disputes pending before the competent civil court, recording the same, this writ p-etition is disposed of directing the petitioners and un-official respondents to pursue their remedies as ava ilable uneler law.
