2. Learned counsel for the petiti ner submits that though the petitioner was retired on 31.05.2 25, till now, his retirement benefits were not yet released by the respondents. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court t pass necessarJr orders in the present Writ Petition.

Learned Government Plead r submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement be fits of the petitioner have already been processed, however, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. However, it is submitted that am unts will be released to the beneficiaries as per the seriatim of he token numbers.
