3. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the cause of action in the present writ petition does not survive for adjudication, any more.
4. Bringing the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on record, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs, As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, any, pending in the Writ Petition shall also stand closed. SD/. T.
