WJAYSEN R]BDDY PETITTON o.24000 oF2025 N and Land Records, peddapalli This urit petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to declare action of respondent No.6 _ the Assistant Director, Suruey Settlement District, in proposing to conduct survey and demarcatiort through respondent No.7 _ the Deputy Inspector of Survey, Office of the Revenue Divisional Officer, peddapalli District, under the Notice in File No.A9l0g /2025 dated 05.0g.2025in respeo of the land ln Survey Nos.6g3, 693 and 694 of Janagaon Village, Ramagundam Mandal, peddapalli District, without considering their representation dated 07.0g.2025 as being illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14,lg,2r and 300A of rhe Constitution of rndia.

2. Md. Ajmal Ahmed, Iearned counsel for the peritioners, submitted that respondent No.7 earlier conducted survey o1'the subject land without following due process of law. Such survey was challenged in the earlier round of litigation and directions were issued by this Court to conduct resurvey by issuing notices to the petitioners. Even if respondent No'7 again conducts survey' no genuine purpose would be served as the petitioners are sure that same survey report ,, prepared by respondent No'7 earlier witl be the basis for the proposed suryey to be conducted on 18'08'2025'

3. Mr' P' Sri Harsha Reddy' leamed standing counsel for Singareni Collieries Company Limited' Ramagundam Area - 1' Ramagundam, Peddapalli District - respondent No'8' submitted that in order to ensure transparency and in view of objection for survey to be conducted by respondent No'7' respondent No'8 will ensure that survey will be conducted under the supervision of respondent No'6 - the Assistant Director' Survey Settlement and Land Records' PeddaPatli District'

4. The above submission of the leamed standing counsel for Singareni corlieries company Limited is opposed by the leamed counsel for the petitioners stating that supervision of proposed survey of respondent No'7 by respondent No'6 would not serve any useful purpose.

5. In the light ol the above submissions, respondent No'6 is directed to conduct sulvey pursuant to the impugned notice dated o5.os.zo25issuedbyrespondentNo.Tbygivingpriornoticetothe petitioners and other interested persons'
