Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents particularly 4th and 5th respondents and their subordinates in calling the petitioners to the police station and interfering with their personal life and liberty, under influence of the 6th and 7th respondents, and further threatening to implicate them in false criminal cases regarding the matrimonial issue of Smt.Soughra Fathima, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and also in violation of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia, and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 5 not to call the petitioners to the police station or interfere with their personal life and liberty. l.A. 'l'hc learncd counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition has been filed seeking appropriate dirccrions as thc pctitioners \\rerc allegcdly subjected to interfcrcncc by respondent Nos.4 and 5, who, under the influence of the unofficial respondents, called them to the pol-ice station and thereby infringed upon their personal life and libcrry. 2
4. -fhe learncd Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on the other hand, submits that the respondeflt-police authorities have never interfered with the personai l-ifc or liberty of the petitioners, as allcgcd, and that they have been and shail continuc to act stricdy in accordance with the procedure established by law

Har.ing regard to the submissions advanced on either side, thc catcgoncel asscrrions made by the petitioners in the affidavit, and kccping in vieu, the fimited authority of the respondent police even in the course of crirne.related proceedings, this Court obser-vcs that ln interim order was eadier passed on 25.04.201,6 directing thc rcspondcnt-police authorities not to interferc with thc life and liberty of thc pctitioncrs. In the circumstances, this Court is of the considcred opinion that making the said interim order absolute rvould sufficiendy redress the grievance of the petitioncrs and serve the ends o[ justice.

Accordinglv, the respondent-police authorities are directed not to interferc with the personal life and liberry of thc pedd#ers, -/ it: l ttr! save and cxcept in strict conforrniry wlth law and by following duc process. 8 With this dirs6ti6n, this writ petition is disposed of.
