This revision is filed against order, dated 28.03.2011 passed by the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Adoni, in E.A.No.211 of 2009 in E.P.No.91 of 2009 in O.S.No.152 of 1989. The E.A. was filed under Rule 97 of Order XXI of C.P.C. Rule 103 of Order XXI C.P.C. directs that an order passed in the application filed under Rule 97 shall have the same force as the decree and the provisions as to appeal shall apply accordingly. The revision is not maintainable. The petitioner has to file a regular appeal. Hence, the Registry is directed to return the C.R.P., and it is left open to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal.
