2. Heard Sri N.Ramu, learned counsel for the petitioner and lcarned Government Pleader for Services-III for the respondents'

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner was retired on 3O.O4 2025, till now, her re tirement beneltts were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement beneltts of the petitioner have already been processed, however, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner, on time Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per the seriatim of the token numbers, ambunts will be released to the benehciaries'

Having regard to the above made submissions, this Wril Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release Gratuity (CAP Share) Bill amount of Rs. 15,20,485/- with Token No.26OO445226 dated 02-06-2025, Gratuity (TG Share) Bill amount of Rs.79,515/ with Token No.2600445228 dated -!,1 2 PK.J \lp 2a03+ 2025 02 06-2025, Commuration (CAP Share) Bill amounl of Rs.26,55,9 i 1/- with Token No.26OO44523O dated 02 06 2025.
