Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of lVandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not depositing compensation amounts to the Petitioners as per Judgment and Decree dated 01-05-2014 in OP No.5 of 2013 and EP. No. 16212024 on the file Additional District Judge at Wanaparthy, (now Principal District Judge, Wanaparthy), as arbitrary, illegal and in violation of Article 300-A of the Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the Respondents No.1 to 5 herein to deposit the entire decreetal amounts as per the Judgment and Decree dated 01-05-2014 in OP No.S of 2013 and EP. Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of land adrneasuring ttc:L-26 gts in sy'No'262/8, situated at Yaparala village, Pebbair Mandal, wanaparthy District' The Government has acquirerJ petitioner's land situated at Yaparla Village for the purpose of Srisailam Project, and published Draft Notification on 7-1'1"1974' and an Award. was passed on 13-12 j1g7lfixing market value @ Rs'1500/-' Aggrieved /I \*., \ 2 thereby, tht: petitioner filed an applicationaide O.P.No.S of 2073 under Section 18 of the Act, \894, on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gadwal and the same was disposed of by an ord.er, dated 01.05.2014 enhancing the compensation. Tl-rereafter, petitioner filecl E.P.No.762 of 2024 in O.P.No.S of 2013 on tt.e file of the IX Additional District )uclge at Wanaparthy (now' Principal t,istrict judge, Wanaparthy), seeking execution of the decree passed by the Cot:rt of Senior Civil Judge, Gadwal. The petitioner filed the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to respondents to deposit the decretal amouut into the cre dit of E.P.No.L620f 2024.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further pray this Court to pass similar orcters as passed in W.P.No.12837 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023.

6. Learned counsel appearing for respondents did not dispute the same.
