2. Petitioner is cahning that it is absolute owner and possessor of land adrneasuring Ac. I-24.27 gunras in Sy.No.405 situated at Mancherial Village, Mandal ancl District, on the strength of registered sale deed bearing document No.5949 ol 2006 dated

29.06.2006. It is also owner of land adr.neasuring Acs.418.02.34 guntas in different survey nurnber-s of Mancherial Village. It has subrnitted F-line application with respondent No.4,,vith a request to conduct survey and dernarcate the said propeny by lixing boundaries. Despite receiving and acknoi.vledging the said F-line application, respondent No.4 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.4, petitioner filed the present Writ Petition.

3. According to the petitioner, respondcnt No.5 is also clairning right over the land adrneasuring Acs.0.02 guntas in Sy.No.422" in Mancherial Village. Thelefore, petitioner souglrt suwey ol land 2 adrneasur-ing Ac.l .24.21 guntas ln Sy.No.4C: situated at Mancher al Village

4. Whereas, Sri. L.Ravinder, learned Assistar Ciovernnrcnt Pleader lor Revenue, on instructions, would subnti that there are structure:; in the subject propefty. Therefore, res1.r tcleut r.r-o.4 is not in a position to conduct survey considering the e bresaid F-line application subrnitted by the petitioner

5. Hou,ever, having received the said F-lir' aPplication, respondent No.4 should have disposed it of in acco-, ancc s,ith law instead or' keeping it pending. :

Ilrespondent No.4 is not inclined to aci pt tlle request rnade by the petitioner, he shall assign specifrc ( rsons, pass a reasoned order and comrnunicate the copy of tl r sarne to the petitioner- He shall complete the entire exercise within fony-hve (45) working days frorn the date of receipt of the said F-line application. There shall be no order as to costs. Misce[laneous applications, il any, pending shall stand closcd. Note : That the extent read as "Ac-24.12 guntas" in oaraqraDh No.3 and paragraph No.6 of the order dated 19-8:20)5 in wP.No.24201 ol 2025 are corrected and substituted as "Ac.0.O2 guntas" in Sy.No.422 in oaraoraoh No.3 and " Ac.1.24.27 guntas" in paragraph iilo.6-as'per the orders of Hon'ble Court dated 05'12-2025 in l.ANo.2 of 2025.
