VIIAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23920 OF 2025 ORDER:(ORAL) This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seekihg to declare the action of respondents in not conducting survey and demarcation of the land admeasuring Ac.0-27 guntas in Survey No.l62/D, Ac.0-09 guntas in Survey No.l62lC, Acs.2-03 guntas in Survey No.158/A/l/1, and Ac.0-17 guntas in Survey No. 16218, situated at Marmamula Village, Maddur Mandal, Siddipet District, pursuant to the F-line application Nos.DER022501200047 and DER022501200039 dated

07.01.2025, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

2. Heard Mr. Ramesh Bura, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents No.2 to 4; and perused the material on record.

It is claimed that petitioner No. 1 is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.0-27 guntas ln Survey No.162lD, situated at Marmamula Viltage, Maddur Mandal, Siddipet District having purchased the same from its previous owner in 1999. Petitioner No.2 is the absolute owner and possessor of the land 'l admeasuring Ac.0-09 guntas in Survey No.t(r2iC, Acs.2-03 guntas in Survey No.l58/Aill1. and Ac.0-17 guntas ln Survey No.l6218, total adnreasuring Acs.2-29 guntas, situated at Mamramula Village, Maddur Mandal. Siddipet District having purchased the same from its previous owner in 1999. That in order to protect the subject lands from tlre neighbouring land owners and land grabbers, the petitioners submitted F-line application Nos.D8R022501200047 and D8R022501200039 dated 07.01 .2025 lbr conducting sulvey ancl demarcation by lixing boundary stones in the subject lands but so I'ar, no action has been initiated. The grievarrcc of the petitioncrs is that there is delay on the part of respondents ln considcring their application, as such, they are constrained to approach this Courl

4. Learned Assistant Covernment Pleader for Revenue subrnitted that appropriate action wilt be taken on the F-line application of thc petitioners in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to act uporl thc F-line application Nos.DER022501200047 and D8R022501200039 dated 07.01.2025 submitted by the petitioners for conducting survey and demarcation of 3 the land admeasuring Ac.0-2'7 guntas in Survey No.l62lD, Ac.0-09 guntas in Survey No.l62lC, Acs.2-03 gunras in Survey No. 158/A/1/1, and Ac.0-17 guntas tn Survey No.l62lB, situated at Marmamula Village, Maddur Mandal, Siddipet District, by issuing notice to all concemed/interested persons in accordance with law, within a period offorty five (45) days from the date ofreceipt ofa copy ofthis order. There shall be no order as to costs.
