2. Heard Sri C.Rajashekar Refldy, learned counsel for the petrttoner and the learned Gove ment Pieader for Services-l appearing for the respondents and pef,used the record.

Learned counser for the petitiorier submits that the petitioner u'as appointed as Grade-r rerugu parrdit on 3.3.2003 and posted to Government High School, Adilabad {istrict and in 2O09, she was transferred to Karimnagar district under. spouse grounds. Thereafter, she was promoted as Scfool Assistant (Telugu) in the year 2024 and allotted to Jagtial distlict. Learned copnsel contends that the case of the petitioner was no considered for ieallocation on 1 I I s per G.O.Ms.No.3l7, General spouse ground to Karimnagar district Administration (SpF.1) Department I dated 6. 12.2021. Therefore, petitioner made fresh appeal to the respondent No. I on 14.g.2O2S for reallocation to Karimnagar district on spouse ground, but so far no action has ber:n taken on the said ftppeal. Therefore, petitioner I \ seeks indulgence of this Court to direct the rer;pondent No.l to consider the said appeal submitted by the petitioner on 14.8.2025 and pass appropriate orders, rvithin a stipulated period of time.

4. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submits thal since tfre appeal of t.h,: petitioner dated

14.8.2025 is pending u,rth respondent No. 1, the res;pondent No.1 will consider and pass appropriate orders, in accordatrce with law.

Having regard to the subm issions made by the respective parties and without going into merits of the matt'er. this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respc,ndent No.1 to pass appropriate orders on the appeal submitted by the petitioner on 14.8.2025, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditior.rsly as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from tht date of receipt of a copy of this order.
