Despite service of notice, none appeared for the second respondent. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the first respondent. Therefore, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to take action against the second respondent under Section 71 of the Act, if the allegations in the complaint dated 12.11.2001 made out a prima facie case requiring disciplinary action, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. __________
