3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the wife of petitioner No.1 died on 15.2.2023, till now, her death-cum- retirement benehts u,ere not released by the respondents.

Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the death-cum-retirement benefits o1 1st petitioner,s wife have already been processed, however, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released, on time. l,earned Government Pleader further submits that as per the seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the benehciaries.
