The u'rit petitions are filed seeking a direction to rhc offrcral respondents not to hold survey of inam agricultural land covered by Sy.No.36 of Old Bowinpa-liy Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, lvittrout lollowing statutory procedure and without issuing notice to the petitioners.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners in both the writ petitions submits that the iand covered by Sy.No.36 situated at Old Bowinpally Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, is an inam land and their ancestor one Murad Bi was inamdhar of the said land and after her death, her sons have succeeded the said property and jointly cuitivated the said land till their death. While so, basing on the application made by the respondent-Praga Tools Officers Cooperative Housing Society and othcrs in February, 20 17 claiming to be owners ancl possessors of the tand, the offrcial respondents are conclucting sun'ey of the entire land admeasuring to an cxtent of Ar:.33 36 gts in Sy'No'36 situated at Old Bowinpallav Villzrge. Learned Counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners are absolute owners and possessors of certain extents of lands covered by Sy.No.36 of Old Bowinpally Village having inherited lrom their common ancestor Murad Bee and the offrcial respondents at the instance of the unofficial re spo ndents are conducing survey of the entire land without issuing any notice to the petitioners and in spite ol pendency of various civil suits, appeals ald writ petitions wilh regard to the land covered by Sy.No.36 and requested tc direct the official respondents not to conduct survey of the subject lands without following due process of law. 6 . Learned Assistant Government Pleader lor Revenue basing on written instructions submits that thc survev ol land in Sy.No.36 situated at Old Bolr'inpetll1, rvas completed and the survey report was 1l l 1 I l 4 SK,J W.P-Nos.12771 and 16415 of 2017 submitted to the concerned authorities and requested to dismiss both the writ petitions.

Learned Senior Counsel for the respondent-Praga Tools Officers Co-operative Housing Society submits that the petitioners without having aly right are claiming the lands covered by Sy.No.36 and several civil suits, appea-ls arld writ petitions are pending and requested to direct the official respondents to conduct survey of the subject lands basing on the application made by the respondent- Praqa Tools Ofhcers Co- operative Housing Socie I,v.

After hearing both sides and perusal of the record, without going into the mcrits of thc matters, the Writ Petitions are disposed ol b1' directing thc respondent Nos.2 and 3 to conduct survey of thc subject lands on the application madc bv the respondent-Praga Tools Officers Cooperative Housing Society in accordalce 5 SK,J W.P.Nos. 12771 and 16415 of 20 17 with law after issuing notice to all the interested parties who are in possession of land in Sy.No.36 situated at Old Bowinpally Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District
