ORDER:
This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner Mallampalli Srinivas, accused, seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C. No.415 of 2008 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Manthani filed by the complainant Vennapureddy Raghunath Reddy for the offences punishable under Sections 325, 504 and 506 IPC.
Now, learned counsel for the petitioner Sri D. Bhaskar Reddy (2405) seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the criminal petition and dismiss the same as withdrawn.
Permission is granted.
