Ravinder, leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents' J The petitioner No.1 claims to be absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac'0-07 guntas in Survey 2 W.l'. No.23850 o12025 Dated 13.08.202i No.70lF, Ac.0-07 guntas in Survey No.702lC, Ac.0-0g guntas in Survey No.703/4, and the petitioner No.2 claims to be absolute owner and possessor of the land Ac.0-02 guntas in Sur-vey No.704,ts, Ac.01-1050 guntas in Survey No.706/C and Ac.0l_1050 guntas in Survey No.706lE both situated at panchr.rnuru Village, Manakondur Mandal, Karimnagar District. The petitioners submitted applications in the month of May 2024 requesting respondent No.5 to conduct suruey, fixing of boundaries and demarcation of their lands. The survey was conducted on

14.11-2024, however, the Mandal surveyor was unable to locate the boundary stones, despite efforts. The Mandal surueyor issued a panchanama noting the absence of boundary stones, and their inability to fix the boundaries as per existing markers. The petitioners submitted applications dated 07.01.202-5 along u,ith challans requesting respondent Nos.3 and 4 to conduct survey, fixing boundary stones and demarcate their lands.
