Learned counsel for thc peti ioner submits that while the petitioner was working as an Ass stant Engineer in respondent Corporation, he was implicatcd in a criminal case registered by thc Anti-Corruption Bureau authorities vi e Crime No.0 1 /RCT-RRR / 2023 dated 28.02.2023, ar.d in view of t e same, he was placed under suspension vide impugned proceedin s dated Oq .O3.2023. However, in spite of a lapse of more than t\r,o y ars, neither a chargc sheet has been lrled in the criminal case nor th respondents have reviewed the petitioner's suspension order as re uired under law.
