2. These are two civil revision petitions which have been filed between the same parties for an innocuous relief of speedy disposal of the two srrits for partition filed by the plaintiff way back in the year 2016.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the two suits viz:., O.S.No.840 &. 709 of 2016 involved in the two civil revision petitions are pending trial before the learned XIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and both of which are being proceeded by rvay of joint trial is getting adjourned only for the evidence of the plaintiff for the last more than 7 to 8 years with no progress whatsoever during these 7 to 8 years. Thus, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for an appropriate direction for an early disposal of the suits. 'l'he leamed 2 counsel for the petitioner submits that there is also an interirn protection so far as the maintaining of the status quo granted in both the suits and that perhaps is also one of the reasons why the plaintiff does not show any interest in leading his evidence.

Having gone through the entire facts and circumstances of the case, more particularly the pleadings and the docket orders available, prima facie it appears that the two suits are pending consideration before the leamed xIV Additional Chief Judge, City civil court, I{yderabad and where the matters were fixed for evidence of the plaintiff for the last more than 7 to g years which is substantially long duration of time within which the evidence ought to had been got recorded.

5. without making any further comments, this court is of the considered opinion that the ends ofjustice would be met if the trial Court is directed to take up the matters with more seriousness and ensure that the trial is commenced and evidence is recorded by the parties at the earliest, rnore particularly considering the seniority of the matters which is more than 9 years old. Let the entire trial itself \ 3 be conclucled within an outer limit of one year from the next date of hearing
