RAVINDER, AGp Foir REVENUE REPRESENTING GP FOR I1 =VENUE The Court made the following: ORDER THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL WRIT PETITION No.24138 of 2O25 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:- "... to issue a-n appropriate Writ, more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2"d respondent in not sanctioning/ allotting the land to the poor people in KCR Colony for house sites in Sy.No-170/8 to an extent of Ac-1.20 guntas situated at Rangashaipet Village Warangal Manda-I, Waralgal District as illegal, arbitrary, unconsLitutional and violative o[ principles of natural justice ald consequently direct the 2"d respondent to sarction/allot the land for house sites in Sy.No.17O/8 to an extent of Ac. 1.20 guntas situated at Rangashaipet Village, Warangal Manda-l, Warangal Disrtict to the landless 262 poor families ar-rd pass such other order or orders..."

2. Heard Ms.G.Uma Rani, Iearned counsel for the petitioner appearing on-iine and Mr-L.Ravinder, learned Assistalt Government Pleader for Revenue representing learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. Perused the record.

L,earned counsel for the petitioner submits that letter vide respondent No.4 had addressed a Rc.No.Al2720l2Ol5 dated 17.06.2019 to respondent No.3 stating that the Government land admeasuring Ac. 1.20 gts in survey No.170/B situated at Rangashaipet Village, Waralgal Mandal was freelrdm encroachment to allot in favour of the 2 residents of KCR Colony Urusu Gutta, who rv,: e the landless poor persons. But the sarne is pending consid,: ation till date. Therefore, he seeks a direction to oflicial resprr rdents to pass appropriate or-ders

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader f:- Revenue had furnished the copy of written instructions submitted by respondent No.4/Tahsildar, Khila Warangal Mandal. He further submit that the present Govr: nment started issuing Indiramma Houses to the poor peopl( and that the members of the KCR Colony carr apply It r sanction of \.. j l I /, J Indiramma houses; that as per the eligibility, the said Houses would be sanctioned to the needy people. Therefore, he seeks to dismiss the Writ Petition. o. . Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and on perusing the material available on record, this Court without making any observations on the merits or demerits of the case, deems it appropriate to direct the members of the petitioner-Colony to file an appropriate application before the ofhcial respondents, seeking sanction of Indiramma House by frling the relevant documents. Upon frling such application, respondent authorities are directed to examine the eligibility criterion of the petitioner for sanction of said Houses and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 7 .
