2. Heard Mr. M.A.K. Mukheed, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Services-l appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2; and learned Government Pleader for Services-lll appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4. With their consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at admission stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner u,orked as Tor,r.n Planning Officer in Nizamabad and after his retirement, the authoritie s have issued G.O.Rt.No.1 123, MA&UD Department, dated 06.O9.2O11, imposing punishment on the petitioner and the same was challenged by him before the APAT by filing O.A.No.9453 of 201 I , which was disposed of on 21 .O3.2O14 directing the 2 Pti ., J p l.l;-(, lO -2.; respondenl.s to release pension and other pensionar-,, benefits within a period of four weeks from the <_late of rr:ceipt of a copy of that ordr:r.
