This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the lvlemorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S Sudarshan, Advocate for the petitioner and the Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and of Sri G.Sundaresan, Advocate for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3. The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.10534 of 2125 COMMON ORDER 1. This Criminal Petrtion is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceeciing:; against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 in S.C.NoJ26 of 2|2o, on the file of Nalgonda ll Town Police Station, Nalgonda District, rr:gistered for the offences punishable under Sections 448,323,504, 506 read with 34 IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of SCs/STs (POA) Amendrnent Act, 2015

2. lt is subrnitted by learned counsel for the petilioners as well as respondent No.3/defacto complainant that during cendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have comprornised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 have beern filed to record compromise between them and to compound the offences,

Since the parties were willing to enter into c,trnpromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court L,egal Services w 2 ETD,I Crl.P.No 10531 2025 Committee for the State of Telangana ylde orders dated 20.OB.2O2S passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by thrs Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted report dated 25.08.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully, without any coercion, entered into compromise. 6, ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed.
