23.06.2014, was pleased to set aside the common award dated

17.05.2005 and directed the respondent bank to re-engage the petitioner to the same post which the petitioner held prior to his termination and consider regularization against substantive vacancies. Thereafter, the respondent bank filed a batch of writ appeals against the order dated 23.06.2014, wherein the Hon'ble High Court of Telangana, by order dated 20.03.2019, observed that the petitioner's case stood on a different factual footing and required separate adjudication, hence directed the Industrial Tribunal to decide the matter independently within five months Despite repeated approaches to the Industrial Tribunal following the High Court's directions, the petitioner's case remains unheard due to various administrative and procedural delays. Aggrieved thereby the petitioner approached the court by filing the present writ petition. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 4 petitioner further submits that the petitioner is not insisting for the prayer as sought for by the petitioner in 4 SN, ,I the present Writ petition and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner confines his prayer to a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of I.D.No.18 of 2OO2 pending before the 2nd respondent expeditiously.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner further submits that the limited relief sought for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the I.D.No.18 of 2OO2t dated 17.05.2005 pending final adjudication before the Central Government Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court at Hyderabad on merits within a reasonable period as per the Division Bench judgment of this Court, dated 20.03.2O19 passed in w.A.No.1357 of 2OL4 & batch contending that 'ljustice delayed is justice denied". Takino into consid eration:- 7 a) The aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case. b) The submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned Deputy Solicitor General of fndia appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 & 2 and learned counse! appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.3 & 4. c) The Division Bench judgment of this Court, dated 2O.O3.2O19 passed in W.A.No.135t of 2O14 & batch d) The submission of the learned counset appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is suffering from mental agony in view of pendency of I.D.No.1g of 2O02, dated 17.O5.2OOS since the year 2OO2 before the Centrat' Government Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court at Hyderabad.
