2. Heard Sri Mirza Shah Nawaz Baig, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistalt Government Pleader for Revenue, for the \*_ respbndents ald perused the record. Page2 of4

Learned counsel appearing for the pet.1 oner would submit that the petitioner herein is the absolut : owner and possessor of house property bearing Municrl al No.12-2- 5A5169 and 70lD, in TS.No.13lL, t3/2, 131: and 13 14, Block-K, Ward No.21, admeasuring 7O sq.yards situated at Gudima-lkapur Village, Asif Nagar Maldal, Hyderabad, having purchased the same under the registelr d sale deed bearing document No.7821124, dated )4.12.2024. Subsequent to the purchase of the subject I 'operty, the petitioner paid municipa-l tax. When the name : the vendor of the petitioner is reflecting in the proper petitioner applied to change the name in res y tax, the pect of the subject property. While the matter stood, in the last week of July, 2025, while the petitioner was carrying out the construction work in respect of the subject property, the subordinates of . respondent No.3 tired to interfere with the peaceful possession of the subject property. On 01.0g.2025 at about 4:00 P.M respondent No.3 along with the subordinates visited the subject property and without following due procedure laid down under law tried to interfere and damage the subject property. Aggrieved by the said action, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

5. Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue would submits that the respondent-authorities will follow due process of law before initiating action on the subject property.

Recording the submission made by both the learned counsel and without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to follow due process as Page 4 of4 contemplated under law before initiating ac:. rn on the subject property.
