ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not proceeding with the investigation even though the offenders are very much available in the locality. It is a factual situation where this Court cannot go into. However, it is for the respondents to conduct the investigation on the complaint made by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible with efficacy and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
