MADHAVI DEVI WRIT TITION NO.25746 oF 2023 ORDER In this Writ Petition, the petitioner is challenging the action of the respondents in not paying or releasing the undisputed outstanding final bill amount submitted by the petitioner vide invoices dt.24.11.2017 for an amount of Rs.1,67,28,580/- towards principal amount due as on

24.11.2017 along with interest of Rs.2,78,08,807/- at the rate of lSYo per annum due by June, 2023 totatling to an amount of Rs.4,45,36,6671-.

The petitioner claims to have executed four work orders for supply, erection and commission of power saving devices and claims to have submitted the invoices, bills and other relevant documents necessary for making payments, but the respondents did not take any action and as the payments were not made, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition. \

Respondent No.3 has filed a counter affidavit on 28.06.2025 and the learned Govemment Pleader for Panchayat Raj also furnished written instructions which were received by him on 2I.08.2025, stating h 2 W.P. No.25746 of 2023 . ,^r that the petitioner has not submitted all the relevant documents. In response thereto, the petitioner has filed a rejoinder with all the documents.

Since the petitioner claims to have submitted all the relevant documents along with the rejoinder and the same need to be considered by the authorities, this Court directs the respondents to consider all the documents submitted by the petitioner along with the rejoinder and the petitioner is also permitted to submit all the relevant documents again to the respondent authorities within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon receipt of the same, the respondents shall verifu the same and make payments within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

5. with the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs 6- Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ petition shall stand closed. To,
