Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners who were engaged as daily wage workers, in the Government Tribal Welfare Boys Hostels of the Respondent Department, have been ..rieiitae!5E!t*-F 2 continuously discharging their duties, for a long time, on par rvith the regular emplo-r'ce s. Therefore, the petitioners are eligibre and enritled to recei'e \4rnimr-rm Time Scale ol pay attachcd to their respecLivc llosts rn v:e:u' o[ Lhe decision rendered b), thc Hon,blc Apcx Court in state of Punjab u.
