Acquisition Officer with all conse,..rential benefits as stipulated under the amended Land Acquisihon Act, by following tFe juCgment, dated 15.09.2022, renclered by this Court in L.A.A.ti.lVc.,L of 2076. Learned counsel had contended that aggrieved by th: very same direction given in ot^er similar batch of appeals, t.e lipecial Deputy Collector (L.A.) carrled the matter to the Flonourable Supreme Court by Iiling S.L.P.(Civil).No.28!r25 of 2024 and the Honourable Sulr,reme I t 2 AKS,J & ETD,J L.A.A.S,No.55 of 2024 Court was pleased to dismiss the same oide order' dated
17.09.2024. In view of the same, the present appeal is also liable to be disposed of by enhancing the market value of the subject land by two more times (1+2) than the value fixed by the Land Acquisition Officer with all consequential benefits as stipulated under the amended Land Acquisition Act'
2. Further, learned counsel for the appellants had fairly conceded that the appeal is filed with a delay and therefore' the appellants are not entitled to interest for the delay period in preferring the appeal. Therefore, appropriate orders be passed in the appeal to that effect.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Appeals appearing for the respondent-Land Acquisition Officer did not dispute the said fact,but,however, sought time to get instructions'

Both tlrt: counsel submit that the prese..t1 acquisitirrn w lr; for the purpose of Rajeev Lift irrigatic n Scheme, phase-II, pebbair, which is ancillary projr:ct rrf Priyadarshini .roora_la project and that similar matt(,r 3 i l has already been decided by this Court in L.A.A.S.No.4 of 2016 and therefore, these appeals can also be disposed of in similar lines. This Court uide judgment, dated 15.09.2022 has already elaborately alalysEd the evidence and considered the identical issue raised in these appeals in L.A.A.S.No.4 of 2016. Both the counsel have not disputed the factum of commonality of the evidence and the issue in these appeals and in L.A.A.S.No.4 of 2016, wherein this Court has allowed the appeal enhalcing the market value by two more times (1+2) than the value fixed by the L.A.O. with all other consequential benefits as stipulated under the amended Act.

Therefore, following the judgment passed by this Court in L.A.A.S.No.4 of 2016, dated 15.09.2022 and for the reasons stated therein, all these appeals stand disposed of by enhancing the market value of the acquired land by two more times (1+2) than the value fixed by the L.A.O. with all other consequential 4 benelits iis stipulated under the amended t:t.
